Grown at the foothills of Virunga National Park, this coffee comes from Rwanda’s highest-elevation washing station. The volcanic soil, cool temps, and misty mountain climate create ideal conditions for vibrant, complex flavors. Shyira works with nearly 1,900 small-holder farmers who deliver only their best cherries for the harvest. Each lot represents a small group of top producers, resulting in a coffee that’s both distinctive and deeply intentional, shaped by care and long-term relationships at origin.

Shipping
We roast and ship Mon-Fri. We ship coffees between 0-4 days off-roast for proper degassing and aim to get them to you by 7 days off-roast, our minimum preferred degassing period.
