Frequently Asked Questions
- For the cart, we prefer to have at least 3
weeks’ notice. We can occasionally swing a weekday cart rental on
shorter notice, so don’t hesitate to reach out! - For catering orders,
we typically need 24-48 hours’ notice. This varies on the size and
nature of the order. Again, the earlier the better, but we can usually
swing a last minute catering order on a weekday!
- For a coffee cart rental: barista service;
unlimited espresso bar service (coffee and non-coffee drinks), milk
options (whole, oat, almond), and a variety of syrups. For weddings, we
also hand-paint a keepsake sign for the couple! We bring everything we
need to operate as a coffee shop on wheels, but we prefer to get power
from the venue (otherwise we have to use our generator). - For catering orders:
your choice of drip coffee, cold brew, and/or pre-made iced lattes;
cups, lids, sleeves, straws, creamers, sugars, ice, etc.; labels and/or
signage that clearly shows what your guests are about to enjoy :)
If you would like a barista present to serve your catered coffee, we can do that!
Yes! However, we can only make coffee so fast… if you’re looking to pick up 1-2 coffee carafes (aka “boxes”), we can usually turn those around in ~30 minutes. Again, we prefer 24-48 hours notice for coffee carafes when possible, so that we can prepare our team accordingly!
- For the cart, we’ve worked events as early as 6am and as late as midnight — thankfully our product is our fuel ;)
- For catering orders, we typically offer 7am as the earliest pick-up time, but if you need earlier, we can probably make it happen!
We comfortably serve weddings from 15 to 500+ guests. For larger events we bring additional equipment and staff to keep the line moving.
Always. Before your wedding we develop a drink together — named by you, crafted by us, on the menu board all night. It's one of our most loved parts of the experience.
Hot chocolate, chai lattes, matcha, hot tea, iced tea, and lemonade. Every guest leaves the cart with something they love.
